Johanna trained in Freelance Feature Writing and General Journalism at the London School of Journalism. After completing her Postgraduate Diploma, she spent several months as Editorial Intern at IQ Magazine, the journal for the International Live Music Conference. Since then, she has been in demand as a freelance writer and editor. She has written feature articles for music publications including Classical Music Magazine and Music Teacher. Johanna writes professionally for several businesses in the music, travel and software industries, both on a long-term and one-off basis, and has given workshops in blogging and media for the University of Hertfordshire’s Art’s Marketing Symposium. Her specialism in performance-related issues led to an invitation to speak as a guest lecturer to students on the Performance Psychology Module of the MSc in Performing Arts Medicine, at University College London.
