Johanna is passionate about chamber music. She is currently preparing for recitals and an upcoming recording with the Santiago Quartet.

Previous engagements include extensive orchestral experience in symphony, opera and chamber orchestras, and touring work has included Sting Symphonicities, including the DVD Live in Berlin, Star Wars in Concert, War of the Worlds and Susan Boyle in Concert where she was featured as folk fiddle soloist.

Johanna studied folk fiddle from a young age, leading to performances with notable artists such as Ray Fisher, has recorded fiddle solos Baraye To and Lahze Haa for Iranian singer Shahrzad and works regularly in the studio with bands including Eliza and the Bear and Tigress. Her education work has encompassed orchestral outreach work, chamber music tuition and conference events.
